$150 1,000 to 1,500 sq ft

$200 1,501 to 2,000 sq ft

$250 2,001 to 2,500 sq ft

$300 2,501 to 3,000 sq ft

$350 3,001 to 3,500 sq ft

$400 3,501 to 4,000 sq ft

$450 4,001 to 4,500 sq ft

Above 4,500 square feet is on an estimated basis.

Commercial and Residential Properties valued at $1M and up will be on an estimate basis.

Aerial Still Photos: 

$150 – If we can get above your property in a safe manner, without violating the privacy of adjacent neighbors. Unlimited photos.

Our drone pilot is FAA Certified for commercial drone work and flies a “DJI Phantom 4 Pro” drone.

VIDEO: 

Drone: $350 - We will provide Exterior Video up to 1080p resolution for any single residential property up to 2 minutes with music. Aerial stills included. Commercial properties on an estimate basis.

Videography: $150 Hourly. We offer Interior Video with music and texts overlays (Addresses, Realtor’s information, Room Tabs, etc.) if desired. Price is on an estimate basis. Call for details.

All Photo Shoots include:

- A virtual tour for linking on social media. A non branded tour, for MLS compliance is available upon request, for an added fee.

- Unlimited interior and exterior photos 

- High resolution for printing

Additional:

$75 Acreage Properties and/or Additional Outbuildings; provides unlimited exterior photos.

$5 Blue Sky Editing Per photo for replacing gray sky with blue sky. This is a FREE service for our repeat clients.

$100 Twilight Photos  For an add on to a full shoot. If outdoor living space is included and/or exceeds 6 photos, $150. $200 for only Twilights.

$50-100 Commons Area At Townhouses, Condo or Apartments such as swimming pools, work out rooms, parks, lobby, club house, etc.

$75 Additional Trips to Location; shooting exteriors on a different day of interiors, or reshooting a room due to any changes made. If more than one room needs reshot, price will vary.

Mileage Fee may apply to locations outside of the Eugene/Springfield area at .67 cents per mile as per current year, 2024.

House Preparation Fee If property is not ready at time of shoot, no problem! We schedule a buffer to allow time for this. However, depending on the length of the shoot due to this delay, a small fee may be applied.
